4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function (e.g., remembering form input on the booking page).
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site (e.g., Google Analytics, DataFast).

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only as described below:

- Advertising and analytics partners — including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), Google LLC, and DataFast — for the purposes described in Section 1(c). When we send conversion data via the Meta Conversions API or Google Ads enhanced conversions, certain contact details (such as your email or phone number) are hashed using SHA-256 before being transmitted.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our members and staff.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring party.
6. Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) — Specific Disclosures
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who visit our website or interact with our forms. Information shared with Meta may include your IP address, browser data, pages viewed, button clicks, lead form submissions, and hashed contact information (email and phone). Meta uses this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You can manage your ad preferences through your Facebook and Instagram account settings.
7. Google Services — Specific Disclosures
We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager. Google uses cookies to analyze how users interact with our site and to measure ad performance. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on or manage your preferences in your Google ad settings.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead records are typically retained for up to 7 years from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 10).
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and advertising are directed to adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. When a parent or guardian enrolls a child in our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program, the parent provides the child's name, age, and emergency contact information on the child's behalf.
